It’s straightforward. It’s the hourly rate multiplied by the time it takes to complete your appointment. A tip is not expected. For example, if you have a 2 hour appointment for a retouch and haircut, your ticket will be $190 (2 hours x $95/hr + No Tip).

I seriously don’t expect a tip. Part of the simplicity of hourly pricing is you don’t have to stress about deciding how much to tip. I know a lot of people feel anxiety around tipping and tipping fatigue is a new buzz phrase in society. So don’t stress, I’m charging a fair market price and I don’t expect you tip on top of that.
